7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchange Options:

  • In-person Exchange: You may visit our location for a direct exchange at no extra cost. Please contact us in advance to schedule.
  • Courier Exchange: If exchanging via courier, all shipping charges (both ways) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
